FITNESS

WHAT SETS US APART?
 
MECCAfitness requires very little of our members. No gym memberships or complicated contracts, just fitness. All we ask, is that you provide a location where you are most comfortable to train and show up ready to work. The rest is on us! We provide the equipment, training regimen, and comprehensive recovery services to keep you at your best.
You may choose to train in your home or backyard, your favorite park, or a local track and field. We also encourage you to mix it up by training at the beach or on a hiking trail.
Most importantly, your coach will guide you throughout your program and teach you fundamentals of fitness that will last a lifetime.

RECOVERY

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF RECOVERY?
The human body is full of lymphatic fluids. As we exercise, those fluids can pocket up along muscles and joints causing tension. Without the proper care and maintenance, a person will become sore and stiff after working out, which can be painful.
 
Recovery is especially important as we age because our bodies become more susceptible to injury. Most adults perform little to no recovery therapy after they exercise. And many adults have trouble with consistent exercise because is puts a strain on their joints.
 
However, by incorporating recovery methods into your training regimen, you can virtually eliminate that post-workout "hangover" that keeps you from accomplishing your goals.

Vince

Coach Vincent Bowe is a seasoned and certified exercise physiologist with vast experience in the health and fitness field. Coach Vince has worked for some of the most prestigious facilities throughout the country as both a personal trainer and physical therapy specialist. He has trained professional and collegiate athletes, large groups, couples, and individuals young and old.
 
With a background in physical therapy and strength & conditioning, Coach Vince is an expert in knowing how to administer the right levels of intensity and vigor based on each client's individual needs. He has helped his clients achieve a variety of goals, including increasing muscle mass, improving balance and mobility, joint rehabilitation, and significant weight loss. Whatever your fitness goal, Coach Vince has the knowledge and expertise you need to reach it.
After years of hearing clients complain about sore and tender joints, muscle strains, and injuries, Coach Vince developed a different approach to combat these complaints. In 2018, he founded MECCAfitness as a unique personal training program that incorporates all aspects of the human body, from exercise to recovery. Through MECCAfitness, Coach Vince makes use of proven scientific methods to give clients the best and most effective experience possible.
